ITI Limited has celebrated 69th Republic Day with great fervor and enthusiasm at its Corporate Office in Bengaluru as well as in all units across the country.

The function began with the invocation song by ITI Central School students. Shri S. Gopu, CMD, ITI Limited, unfurled the national flag in the presence of Directors, Staff Members, Senior Executives, Representatives of Officers Association and Employees Union.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri S. Gopu informed about the performance of the company for the last one year. He said that ITI is now heading towards a great financial year 2017-18 as the company has won Rs 8000 Cr deal of Army Static Switched Communication Network (ASCON) from the Ministry of Defence, Rs 800 Cr order for the supply of Smart Energy Meters from Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) and has achieved a significant milestone for outstanding performance in Government of India’s flagship project “BharatNet”. He congratulated employees for exceptional performance of the company and urged them to be the change for ITI as well as for the nation.

On the occasion, Shri S. Gopu awarded ITI employees for their outstanding performance in their respective areas followed by the felicitation of ITI support staff in gardening by Shri K Alagesan, Director (Production & Marketing).
