ITI Limited organized Hindi Fortnight 2017 at Corporate Office and across ITI Plants/Units/ RO’s from September 1, 2017 to September 14, 2017. In order to make progressive use and development of Hindi various competitions were held for the employees of Bangalore based offices at ITI Corporate office and the employees took part in the competitions in large numbers. Valedictory function was held at R&D Conference Hall, Bangalore plant on September 16, 2017. Chief Guest Shri Gyan Chand Marmagya, Editor, Akhil Bharatiya Sahitya Sadhak Manch, Bangalore delivered the keynote address and emphasized that each and everyone has to give importance to Hindi and take active part for the development of Hindi and India. Shri S. Gopu, CMD, ITI presided over the function and addressed the gathering and expressed everyone make use of Hindi in daily routine and take active part in development of Hindi even beyond the Hindi fortnight celebration. Shri S. Gopu, CMD, Dr. Janaki Ananthakrishnan, Director (Finance), Shri K Alagesan, Director (Production & Marketing) and Shri Gyan Chand Marmagya distributed the prizes to the winners.
